CAR.O.L Effectiveness Proven Through Research 

CAR.O.L’s effectiveness was recently tested in a study funded by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and published in the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. They compared a CAR.O.L protocol of three 8-minute and 40-second rides per week to a 5-days per week regimen of medium intensity 30-minutes cardio sessions.
